PortMon focuses on external port-level and service exposure—what's visible from the internet. It's not a full replacement for authenticated, host-based vulnerability scanners. Think of it as a specialized, external-facing monitor that complements your existing security tools.

PortMon currently supports email alerts. SIEM integrations, ticketing systems (like Jira), and webhook-based alerts for Slack/Teams are on our roadmap. PortMon also fits into the Ember Trail ecosystem and can feed signals into RiskCheck for third-party risk assessments.
